A. Price is not include any extra tax or custom clearance fee in customer country, we will try our best to help you to get the goods, but we are not responsible for custom clearance in customer's country.
B. If return for the customers reasons, like accidents, recipient's message, customs or other issues, buyer should pay extra fee to re-ship.

Payment

D. Full payment must be made within 7 days after placing order, or the order will be invalid or canceled by the system. If the payment is not available, your order will be close automatically.

Shipping
E. Most items will be sent out within 1-7 days after payment, only if sell out or custom made items.
F. All goods will be marked as "gift" or "sample", it is easy for your customs clearance.If you want to declare the item name or value yourself for customs, please inform us when order.
G. Shipping time depends on shipping company. Items ship from China and it takes 7-14 working days (2-3 weeks) to receive for most areas.
H. If you do not receive item within 30 working days (5 weeks), please contact us to investigate the case.(Brazil. Italy. 5~8 weeks)

Receving problem
I. Pls pay attention to whether the outer packing in good condition, if any damaged cause by rude express, pls claim it from shipping company and send us the claim number within 24 hrs, then we can check it and processing for you, any problem can be saved, but don't dispute, thank you!
